Head of Marketing & Growth
We are looking for a data-obsessed marketing leader to drive the adoption of the "Universal Rental Score." You will spearhead B2B2C acquisition, educating landlords on the risks of unverified tenants and empowering tenants to use their data as leverage. Requires deep knowledge of the Bengaluru tech/real estate demographic and performance marketing.
Field Verification Officer (FVO)
You are the physical trust layer of RentalCheck. FVOs are dispatched across the city to conduct Mid-Lease Audits and generate Property Fitness Certificates. You will use our proprietary tablet app to take geolocated, timestamped evidence of property health. Must have a valid two-wheeler license, a smartphone, and excellent observational skills.
Customer Success Representative
Our landlords (many of whom are NRIs) and tenants rely on us for complete transparency. In this role, you will walk users through their background screening results, coordinate schedules between tenants and Field Officers for move-in audits, and act as a neutral mediator using our platform data if move-out disputes arise.
